I'm always surprised by Stampin' Up. They announced the Retired Stamp List on Tuesday and then for the first time offered 10% off on those items. To further complicate a demonstrator's life, they also have until December 23rd FREE SHIPPING on a 70.00 purchase. Meanwhile this month, you can get 20% off stamp sets from the Catalog Sampler that came out in August. SO...
